Job summary

Freeman Health System in Wisconsin seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team. You will perform all aspects of compounding and dispensing, provide drug information, supervise support staff, and contribute to safe, effective patient therapy.

This role requires MO MTM designation or ability to obtain within 30 days; full-time schedule; competitive benefits and opportunities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri with Medication Therapy Services Designation or obtain Medication Therapy Services Designation within 30 days.

We play a vital role in patient care by ensuring medication availability, delivering directly to the patient care areas and maintaining inventory in medication dispensing machines throughout the system

The Pharmacy consists of over eighty energetic, hard-working, compassionate team members
