Job summary

Freeman Health System in Omaha, NE is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for the inpatient pharmacy team to compound, dispense, and provide drug information while collaborating with practitioners and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective therapies.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a compassionate team; Missouri MT designation or obtaining it within 30 days is required. Freeman offers comprehensive benefits starting day one and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri or eligible to obtain Medication Therapy Services Designation within 30 days.
• Ability to perform pharmaceutical compounding and dispensing.
• Provide drug information and supervise support personnel.

We play a vital role in patient care by ensuring medication availability, delivering directly to the patient care areas and maintaining inventory in medication dispensing machines throughout the system

The Pharmacy consists of over eighty energetic, hard-working, compassionate team members

What You'll Do

Performs all aspects of pharmaceutical compounding and dispensing. Provides drug information, supervises supportive personnel, and performs clinical functions as required to facilitate and ensure efficacious and appropriate drug therapy.

Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri with Medication Therapy Services Designation or obtain Medication Therapy Services Designation within 30 days.
