Job summary

Qualifications

• Active AZ Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in sterile compounding, pharma manufacturing, hospital pharmacy, or a 503B facility.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience reviewing batch production records and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile compounding and aseptic filling to ensure GMP compliance.
• Monitor cleanroom operations and environmental controls.
• Verify formulation calculations and compounding accuracy.
• Review batch production records and labeling for accuracy.
