Qualifications

• Possess a current Pharmacist license in the state where employment is sought, with no stipulations or Board ordered restrictions
• Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam
• Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam
• Ability to work at various locations
• Ability to travel independently

Responsibilities

• Receive verbal RX orders and accurately reduce to writing in accordance with state and federal laws
• Interpret, fill, label and bag prescription orders accurately
• Provide drug counseling to patients and prescribers
• Maintain inventory and supervise controlled substances per policy
• Assist with immunizations and clinical activities as trained
• Ensure proper RX documentation and third-party billing knowledge
• File prescription orders and records in compliance with regulations
