Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our patient-focused team. You will provide expert pharmacy counseling, educate patients on medications, and deliver immunizations and MTM services. You will ensure safety through compliant dispensing and regulatory practices while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
