Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients in a community setting. You will educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options, and deliver clinical healthcare services including immunizations and medication therapy management.

You will ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance while mentoring pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states required.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
