The Kroger Co. in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Pharmacist to fulfill prescription needs, counsel patients, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all laws. You will maintain accuracy, manage inventory, and uphold Kroger standards in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

Applicants should have a PharmD degree, active state pharmacist license, strong communication, math skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations. Retail experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD as required.
• Active state pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with all laws (HIPAA included).
• Maintain professional image and Kroger dress standards.
• Know the trade area and competition; uphold service quality.
• Monitor stock, inventory, scheduling and store security.
