Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team and provide expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will educate patients on medication usage, discuss side effects and cost-saving options, and deliver immunizations and MTM services. You will ensure safety through accurate compounding and regulatory compliance, while mentoring junior staff and upholding Walgreens standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited school.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost options.
• Deliver immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
