Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in Montana.
• Pharm.D. degree, or BS Pharmacy, from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Anticoagulation therapy management certification from ACPE Accredited course and/or certified anticoagulation provider from ASHP when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care by identifying, assessing, and solving medication problems.

• Processes all prescription orders, maintaining appropriate records, and overseeing preparation, storage, and distribution of all pharmaceuticals.
