Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

Verify and fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identify and troubleshoot potential medication safety hazards, document all interactions for medical review, and supervise and direct support personnel.

Requirements

This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization or successfully completed a contract. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm.

Auto Offer EPIC BACKFILL, Night Shift - 40 hours per week (4x10s). Must have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months.

Education and Work Experience:

• Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
• One year's technical experience: Preferred
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
