Job summary

Apex North LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time role. You will provide pharmaceutical care to patients, ensure safe and effective use of medications, and contribute to high-quality healthcare services.

You will work with nurses, doctors, and therapists to coordinate care, participate in team meetings, and help implement treatment plans while upholding patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida pharmacist license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications to patients per prescriptions and regulations.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling, including MTM.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication administration logs.
• Monitor for adverse drug reactions and report concerns.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in inventory management and medication ordering.
