Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for a healthcare facility near North Myrtle Beach, SC. The role includes processing medication orders, checking IVs, carts, and kits before dispensing, and advising clinicians on medications.

You will supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff, participate in patient safety initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative hospital team on days.

Qualifications

• Must hold SC Pharmacy license or be eligible for licensure.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders and check IVs, carts, and kits before dispensing.
• Advise doctors, nurses, and care team on medications to optimize therapy.
• Promote safe use of pharmacy and hospital technology.
• Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians; train new staff, residents, and students when needed.
