Job summary

VIVIO Health Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to join the Therapy Planning Team. You will review therapy requests using evidence-based methods and the Drug Integrity Framework, supporting leadership and interprofessional staff.

You will present clinical and cost-effectiveness data to stakeholders, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and work mostly remotely with occasional in-office training. A PharmD and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with licensure in any US state.
• 1+ year of clinical evidence review experience with collaboration in an interdisciplinary care team.
• 1+ year in a fast-paced patient management environment (e.g., community pharmacy, MTM, ambulatory care).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
• Intermediate level MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evidence-based reviews of therapy requests against clinical evidence and VIVIO’s Drug Integrity Framework.
• Provide support to leadership, pharmacists, clinical advisors, and staff.
• Present clinical programs to stakeholders with relevant clinical and cost data.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced, dynamic team.
• Remote flexibility with mandatory in-office meetings or training.
• Travel to client meetings and company events up to 15%.
• Participate in Therapy Planning Team meetings and various programs.
• Learn to use internal member management platforms to document clinical and financial information.
