Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC in Missouri is seeking a Pharmacist for the Critical Care Intensive Care Unit to provide advanced clinical pharmacy services and optimize patient outcomes. You will monitor medication regimens, intervene when needed, and support all aspects of pharmacy operations in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD with ACPE accreditation, completion of PGY1 residency, preferably PGY2, and BCPS certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• B.S. or PharmD from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Completion of hospital PGY1 residency or fellowship or relevant hospital experience.
• Completion of PGY2 specialty residency or fellowship highly preferred.
• Board certification in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or relevant specialty board certification as recognized by the BPS is required and must be maintained indefinitely.

• (PHARM-MTM) Pharmacist with Medication Therapy Management
• B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferred
• Completion of hospital PGY1/pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship OR relevant hospital experience required
• Completion of PGY2 specialty residency or fellowship highly preferred
• Board certification in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or relevant specialty board certification as recognized by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) is required and must be maintained indefinitely
