Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a pharmacist to review medication orders, identify drug-related issues, and collaborate with MDs, nurses, and other professionals to facilitate care. The role includes compounding, dispensing, and supervising pharmacy support staff across multiple sites within licensure states.

It requires a Washington Pharmacist License at hire and a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent. Doctorate of Pharmacy is preferred.
