Pharmacist Consultant - CarelonRx - Call Center

This role offers a salary range of $109,060.00 to $206,640.00 per year, based on experience and skills. The position is located within 50 miles of designated pulse point locations and involves remote work with varying schedules, primarily in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate member prescription needs and therapies through medication history reviews.
• Assess member compliance and communicate with members and physicians.
• Identify barriers to medication adherence and propose solutions.
• Ensure members understand proper medication use.
• Consult with physicians regarding medication therapies that do not meet standards and suggest alternatives.
• Support disease management programs and serve as a clinical resource.

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS in Pharmacy with at least 2 years of clinical experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid, unrestricted RPh license.

Preferred Qualifications

• PharmD degree.
• Experience in patient counseling and education, especially with specialty medications.
• Call center experience is advantageous.
