Pharmacist Consultant - CarelonRx - Call Center

Join to apply for the Pharmacist Consultant - CarelonRx - Call Center role at Elevance Health.

This role offers a salary range of $109,060.00 to $206,640.00 per year, depending on skills and experience. The position is remote, ideally within 50 miles of a pulse point location, with varying schedules typical of a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate member medication needs and therapies via medication history reviews.
• Assess member compliance through direct contact with members and physicians.
• Identify barriers to medication adherence and propose solutions.
• Ensure members understand proper medication use.
• Review therapies with physicians, counsel on alternatives when therapies don't meet standards.
• Support disease management programs and clinical teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Pharmacy with at least 2 years of clinical experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid, unrestricted RPh license.

Preferred Qualifications

• PharmD degree preferred.
• Experience in patient counseling, especially with specialty medications.
• Call center experience is a plus.
