Pharmacist Consultant - CarelonRx - Call Center

Pay Range

$109,060.00/yr - $206,640.00/yr

Location & Hours

Remote work within 50 miles of pulse point locations; hours vary with scheduled breaks. Alternate locations may be considered.

Role Responsibilities
  • Evaluate member Rx needs and therapies via medication history review.
  • Assess member compliance and contact members and physicians directly.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to medication adherence.
  • Educate members on proper medication use.
  • Consult with physicians regarding medication therapies that do not meet standards.
  • Support clinical teams in disease management and other areas.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS in Pharmacy and at least 2 years of clinical experience or equivalent.
  • Current, valid RPh license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PharmD degree preferred.
  • Experience in patient counseling and education, especially with specialty medications.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Availability for response during non-standard hours.
