Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is looking for a licensed Pharmacist to join the team at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. You will ensure patients receive the correct medications and provide pharmaceutical information regarding prescriptions.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, preferably a PharmD, and a current CT license. Excellent communication skills are essential, and bilingualism in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Our staff of licensed pharmacists provides medications for patients receiving medical care or who may be undergoing medical treatment at St. Vincent's Medical Center and affiliated clinics. We are available to provide you with up-to-date pharmaceutical information should you have questions regarding your prescription drugs or prescribed drug therapy. Our pharmacists will address your concerns and answer any drug-related question you might have about possible drug-to-drug interactions, drug allergies, correct dosing, or other drug-related issues. We are available to review your medical history with you and to contact your providers, if needed, should you require additional help to clarify their prescription orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
