Job summary

Cooperative Health in Columbia, SC is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to dispense medications, review drug regimens, and advise patients under the supervision of the Chief Pharmacy Officer. You will maintain records, order supplies, use the EMR, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high quality, compliant pharmaceutical care within a 340B program.

The role requires SC license, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, at least two years of experience, BLS and MTM certifications, and a friendly, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina pharmacist license in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or BS in Pharmacy) from an accredited college.
• BLS Certification required.
• MTM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and ensure accuracy under supervision of Chief Pharmacy Officer.
• Maintain drug utilization records and manage inventory with the wholesaler.
• Analyze patient drug profiles and counsel patients accordingly.
