Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy and/or Pharm.D.
• Foreign graduates must provide proof of FPGEC, including FPGEE and TOEFL iBT.
• Full, current and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers pharmacy services supporting VA Mission Act Care in the Community Pharmacy Services.
• Monitors and communicates operational trends, challenges, and formulary concerns to leadership.
• Works independently under supervision of Chief of Pharmacy and Associate Chief of Pharmacy Operations, or designee.
