Qualifications

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain immunization credentials.
• Current or ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Strong patient counseling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmacy services and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely.
• Counsel patients on medications, proper use, potential interactions, and general health concerns.
• Administer immunizations and support other clinical pharmacy services.
• Perform prospective drug utilization reviews and identify potential medication-related concerns.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and controlled-substance procedures.
• Deliver a high level of patient service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
