Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of pharmacy.
• Current Indiana pharmacist license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain Indiana pharmacist licensure.
• Ability to perform the professional duties of a pharmacist in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.
• Strong attention to accuracy and patient safety.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, other team members, patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
