Paul’s Pharmacy in Evansville, IN is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our independent team. The role may include community and retail practice, long-term care services, compounding, patient counseling, and collaboration with prescribers and nurses. You will help drive patient safety, quality improvement, and staff development while shaping new services.

Typical hours are 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on weekdays with limited on-call; compensation ranges from $124,000 to $149,000 plus benefits such as

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of pharmacy.
• Current Indiana pharmacist license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain Indiana licensure.
• Ability to perform the professional duties of a pharmacist in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.
• Strong attention to accuracy and patient safety.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, other team members, patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Community and retail pharmacy practice.
• Long-term care pharmacy services.
• Nonsterile and/or sterile compounding.
• Patient counseling and clinical problem-solving.
• Medication review and drug utilization review.
• Collaboration with prescribers, nurses, hospice providers, facilities, and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversight and development of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, and quality improvement.
• Regulatory and compliance activities.
• Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy management responsibilities for qualified candidates.
• Development of new pharmacy services and programs.
