Pharmacist Clinical Inpatient Oncology Infusion

**Location:** UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

**Department:** UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy

**FTE:** PRN, 0.0, 0 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

**Shift:** Flex

**Pay:** $50.76 - $76.14 / hour, based on experience

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
  • State licensure as a Pharmacist and relevant certifications.
  • Preferred: Ambulatory Oncology/Infusion experience.
Responsibilities
  • Verify and interpret chemotherapy orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Perform pharmaceutical calculations for medication dosages and infusion rates.
  • Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers.
  • Stay updated with new drug therapies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
