Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide refill authorization services for primary care clinics.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers and pharmacies for timely processing.
• Review generics substitutions and drug interactions to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Supervise technicians, interns and training of students as needed.
