Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver day-to-day, patient-centered pharmacy services during shifts, under supervision of coordinators, and to maintain high standards of care.

You will participate in teaching programs, disseminate drug information, and contribute to clinical decision-making, ensuring safe, effective pharmacotherapy for diverse patient populations during your shift.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan (must obtain within 30 days of hire if eligible).
• Demonstrated acumen in verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of pathophysiology and pharmacotherapy of disease states.
• Ability to participate in teaching programs and provide instruction to students and healthcare providers.
