Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care / Specialty Pharmacy practice. Open to full-time or part-time schedules with flexible shifts to accommodate a variety of candidate needs.

Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited program or equivalent international program. Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice. 2+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in medication dispensing, distribution, packaging, or long-term care. Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and medication safety standards.
Provide pharmaceutical care and serve as a clinical resource for patients, caregivers, prescribers, and healthcare teams regarding medication therapy and related concerns.
Review, verify, compound (as applicable), and approve prescription orders to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing practices.
Oversee pharmacy operations including medication distribution, packaging, labeling, inventory management, and quality assurance activities.
Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Assess medication-related issues, provide clinical recommendations, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation, billing records, and patient profiles in pharmacy software systems.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulatory standards, HIPAA requirements, and internal policies while reporting and addressing quality or safety concerns.
