Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking four full-time Pharmacists for onsite coverage with hours from 8:30am–5:00pm MST (shifting seasonally). The role emphasizes evaluating medications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient safety in an oncology setting.

Salary starts at $139,000 annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Sept 30, 2026. Required: PharmD/ Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and a state license; one year retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Current license in the state of practice is required; multi-state licenses encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration.
• Make recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.
• Maintain patient database with current and past medical history and concomitant medications.
• Order and discuss necessary laboratory tests for monitoring high risk conditions with the healthcare team.
• Document all communications with physicians, nurses, and patients.

Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ has a need for (4) Full Time Pharmacist! Onsite

Monday to Friday with coverage from 8:30am to 5pm MST, shifting one hour later to 9:30am to 6pm MST with Daylight Saving Time changes.

Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

Salary starting at $139,000 annually and up, depending on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before September 30th, 2026.

• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.
• Maintains patient database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over-the-counter and home remedies).
• Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high risk conditions are ordered, evaluated and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
• Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team and patients.
• Implements policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs and biologicals, as well as disposal of drugs.
• Obtains, as necessary, and maintains all required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Informs the Pharmacy Manager of medication related errors.
• Assists facility/agency staff personnel with procedures relating to safe and effective methods of procuring, maintaining, administering and disposing of drugs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education/Learning Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

Work Experience

• Desired: One year experience in retail pharmacy

Skills/Knowledge

• Required: Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.

Licenses/Certifications

• Required: Current license in the state of practice
