FULL TIME, PART TIME, PER DIEM positions available at ROGER WILLIAMS MEDICAL CENTER and OUR LADY OF FATIMA HOSPITAL
Summary: The preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications used for the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of disease. To ensure the safe delivery and administration of medications to the patients of Roger Williams Hospital.
Education: In addition to the skills normally obtained through completion of a High School education, a minimum of 5 years of college with the completion of a Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy, including 1500 hours of internship and licensure by the Rhode Island State Board of Pharmacy is required. Must annually accrue 15 continuing education credits as required for licensure.
Experience: Hospital Pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required.
