GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
The Clinical Pharmacist supports high-quality, cost-effective healthcare for Medicaid, uninsured, and underinsured consumers in the Vaya region. Supervised by the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, this role collaborates with medical team members including other pharmacists, care management staff, and nursing. Services include clinical chart review, interdisciplinary team participation, education, consultation, and involvement in Care Management and Quality Improvement projects. The Pharmacist also precepts pharmacy students.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience. Position is exempt, no overtime.
