Job summary

RXinsider LTD. near New Braunfels, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. The role focuses on IV preparation, compounding, and providing safe, accurate medications for residents in a fast-paced LTC setting.

This full-time position offers $60–$65 per hour with rotating shifts, on-call coverage, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and PTO. Active Texas Pharmacist License and IV Certification are required.
