Job summary

Ridley’s Family Markets is seeking a Pharmacist in charge to ensure accurate dispensing, strong customer service, and collaboration with physicians and store leadership. You will lead pharmacy operations, maintain compliance, and implement store programs to drive prescription volume.

The position requires a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy, active state licensure, and a commitment to patient care, immunizations, and health screenings. Flexible scheduling is preferred to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active pharmacy license in the state where the job is applied for.
• Strong commitment to customer service and willingness to provide clinical services (immunizations/health screenings).

Responsibilities

• Check prescriptions and verify accuracy while delivering excellent customer service in collaboration with physicians and pharmacy staff.
• Execute common store processes and support pharmacy operations to meet business objectives.
• Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory control, and record keeping.
• Meet Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.
• Ensure efficient work flows and quality assurance at each workstation.

Responsibilities

1. Checking/verifying prescriptions, providing great customer service, interaction with physicians and management of pharmacy personnel.
2. Execute common store process and helping the pharmacy operations achieve their planned business objectives.
3. Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory and record keeping.
4. Satisfy all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements
5. Ensure all work processes are performed efficiently and effectively at each work station by performing quality assurance steps.
6. Demonstrate leadership by providing honest feedback, coaching, mentoring and recognition to Pharmacy staff and partnering with management in implementing store programs to help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.

Requirements

1. BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
2. Active pharmacy license in the State where the job you are applying for, with all held licenses in good standing
3. Strong commitment to customer service and willing to provide clinical services, such as immunizations and health screenings
