The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a clinical pharmacist for the Pharmacy Department at the Red Lake Service Unit. The role involves providing pharmaceutical services, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and best practices in patient care. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Pharmacy and be licensed to practice, with responsibilities including collaboration with healthcare professionals, inventory management, and patient consultation.
This position is located in the Pharmacy Department of the Red Lake Service Unit, Red Lake, MN. The employee serves as a clinical pharmacist providing quality pharmaceutical services to eligible patients in accordance with Federal and State law, Indian Health Service regulations, and accepted ethical
standards. Work is performed on an assigned basis; Incumbent may be required to work on a rotational basis for shift, weekend and holiday duty as needed and assigned.

Background Investigation: If you are selected for this vacancy, you must undergo a pre-employment fingerprint check and background investigation. Fingerprint results and background investigation documentation must be cleared prior to hire. A doctoral degree in Pharmacy that is recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education(external link) (ACPE) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education(external link) at the time the degree was obtained.
