You’ll collaborate with nurses and providers to verify orders and maintain accuracy, ensuring safe, timely treatment. Licensure by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy is required.

Qualificações

• Education requirements met prior to licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Current Louisiana Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Pharmacist: 1+ year hospital experience preferred.
• Clinical Pharmacist: 1+ year hospital experience required.

What You’ll Do

This inpatient hospital pharmacist role supports safe, timely medication preparation and dispensing across the facility, including emergency and life-saving medications, while following established inpatient medication processes.
