Qualifications

• Education requirements met prior to licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Current Louisiana Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Pharmacist: 1+ year hospital experience preferred.
• Clinical Pharmacist: 1+ year hospital experience required.
