Job summary

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist for a leading Madison, IN pharmacy. The role includes filling prescriptions, counseling patients, managing inventory, and ensuring secure storage of drugs.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy and active licensure. Retail experience and bilingual abilities are a plus. Hours vary by location and include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing is required.
• Retail experience of 1 year is preferred.
• Second language is preferred (speaking, reading and/or writing).

Pharmacist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with one of the nation's leading pharmacies in Madison, IN.

Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist:

• Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics
• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors
• You will work with the PIC to establish schedule
• Weekdays - Open from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Weekends - Open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 - 5 on Sundays

Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing

Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist:

• 1 year of retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Pay Details:

• Hourly Rate: $65.00 an hour - $69.00 an hour based on experience
