Certifications / Licences:

• Required Education: Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Required Certifications& Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio.

Mandatory Experience:

• Must have OH state license in hand
• Shift: Evenings, shifts either 4x10s or 5x8s (training will be during Day shift) 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Experience: 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience (large medical center), Epic experience
• Additional Skills: familiar with sterile compounding (overseeing/checking), order verification, checking sterile products, checking dose meds, checking Pyxis, fielding questions from patients/doctors, IV room, Ecmo, CRRT, consults, antibiotic dosing, etc.
• 1 or 2 years hospital experience.
