Actalent is seeking a highly qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Fairfield, OH. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and compliant prescription dispensing while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, verifying accuracy, counseling patients on use and side effects, and supporting workflow to maintain timely processing. A PharmD and Ohio license (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 1st shift or 2nd: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with rotating Saturday coverage approximately every 5-6 weeks. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety in a collaborative team environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $128960.00 - $137280.00/yr.
