Job summary

California Mountains Hospital in Central California is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our close-knit team. You will provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, collaborate with clinicians to tailor treatment plans, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all pharmacy operations.

Qualified candidates hold a Pharm.D. from an accredited school, an active California license, and at least 2 years of hospital or clinical experience.

Qualifications

  • Current, active California Pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital or clinical experience.
  • Strong pharmacotherapy knowledge and medication safety.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of pharmacy operations, from medication dispensing to inventory management.
  • Education & Counseling: Offer clear, empathetic counseling to patients and their families, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to manage their health at home.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in outreach efforts that extend the reach of our services beyond the hospital walls, supporting the health and wellness of the broader community.
Qualifications
