  • Maintain relationships with hospital staff and participate in improvements.
  • Complete all required documentation and other duties as assigned.

This knowledge and expertise cover the ages of patients (references Erickson’s Model) that the pharmacist may serve and requires the pharmacist to produce results through clinical interventions. Reviews physician medication orders, checking for problems associated with dosages, interactions and incompatibilities; enters orders into computer and dispenses medications in accordance with the orders; supervises work of technicians and helps to train and orient new employees.Major Job FunctionsThe following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job.
