Shriners Children's Ohio is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join a team committed to pediatric patient-centered care. You will contribute to clinical monitoring, medication safety, and collaborative care with physicians, nurses, and families.

The role emphasizes pharmaceutical care for children, participation in rounds, and outcomes-focused interventions in a hospital setting. Ohio licensed pharmacists with hospital exposure are preferred.

Formación

• Pharmacist with a Bachelor in Pharmacy and an Ohio license.
• Pediatric or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Clinical focus with emphasis on patient outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas.
• The qualified Pharmacist is responsible to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome.
• Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population.
• Responsibilities include attendance at work rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor in Pharmacy
• Ohio Pharmacy license

Preferred Qualifications

• PharmD
• 2 years Hospital Pharmacy experience

Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
