Job summary

Shriners Children’s Ohio is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join a team committed to improving children's lives and delivering compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients. The Pharmacist will check, prepare, and distribute medications, monitor therapy, and participate in rounds with a focus on clinical outcomes.

Requirements include Bachelor in Pharmacy and an Ohio Pharmacist license; PharmD and hospital pharmacy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Pharmacy Ohio Pharmacy license.
• PharmD and minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas.
• Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population and participates in rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring.
