Job summary

Shriners Children's Ohio is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join a team dedicated to improving children's lives. You will check, prepare, and distribute medications, ensuring safety and proper storage while supporting clinical monitoring.

You will participate in rounds, perform therapeutic drug monitoring, and contribute to pediatric pharmaceutical care, with opportunities to impact patient outcomes in a family-centered environment in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Pharmacy required.
• Ohio Pharmacist license required.
• PharmD preferred.
• 2 years hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Check, prepare and distribute medications with proper storage and controls.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services with emphasis on patient outcomes and monitoring.
• Attend rounds and perform therapeutic drug monitoring and care coordination in a pediatric setting.
