Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team on a per diem basis. The role supports various service lines and requires coordination of pharmacy operations to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care while maintaining patient safety.

The position involves a 10‑hour shift schedule with day shifts, every third weekend, and supervision under the Director of Pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License is required.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Position: Pharmacist

The pharmacist works under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide high‑quality pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri‑operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
