Job summary

Mercy Medical Center is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to a diverse patient population, including neonatal and pediatric patients, in a supportive hospital environment.

• Previous hospital pharmacy experience for a minimum of one year preferred, but not required.
• Must be licensed as a registered Pharmacist in Maryland and maintain all necessary continuing education credits and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to Mercy Medical Center patients in accordance with federal, state, and professional mandates, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
• Serve inpatient and outpatient populations, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

The role of the pharmacist is to provide pharmaceutical care to Mercy Medical Center patients, in compliance with federal, state, and professional mandates, as well as hospital and department policies and procedures. The population served by the pharmacist consists of inpatients and outpatients, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements
