Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Minimum of 3 months)
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: 7am-5:30pm

Job Description:
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for shipping and receiving tasks, inventory management, and operating lift machinery while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle materials efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform shipping and receiving activities for raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and chemical waste.
Handle chemical and reagent receipt in accordance with safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.
Manage stability samples, warehouse inventories, and laboratory consumables.
Control multiple warehouse locations efficiently.
Dispense stability and raw materials for R&D and GMP Manufacturing as required.
Handle inventory in compliance with cGMP and SOP standards.
Assist in the collection, transport, and scheduling of laboratory waste and inert gases.
Operate gas-powered, electric, and manual lift machinery safely and efficiently.
Follow all regulatory guidelines including cGMP, EH&S, FDA, DOT, and OSHA.
Collaborate with team members, delivery drivers, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Transport raw materials and finished goods across multiple warehouse locations.
Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with medical drug and medical device manufacturing equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in varying temperatures (5°C to 40°C).
Standing, walking, and handling materials for extended periods.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to follow instructions and work in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Steel-toe shoes are required (not provided by the company).
