  • Associate degree with 2+ years in oral solid dose manufacturing.
  • Ability to train others and provide technical training with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Independently assemble, disassemble, clean, and store manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot machinery and recommend corrective or preventative measures.
  • Ensure batch records and logbook entries are accurately documented and compliant with SOPs and FDA GMP.
  • Monitor operations for deviations, mechanical issues, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct setup, changeover, and manufacturing activities with adherence to SOPs and safety.
  • Escalate and resolve any production, quality, or safety issues.

Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Tech II to join our team. In this role, you will work with manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will handle setup, changeover, and troubleshooting activities while maintaining accurate documentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

The Role
  • Independently assemble, disassemble, clean, and store manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot machinery and equipment and recommend corrective or preventative measures
  • Ensure all batch records and logbook entries are accurately documented and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures and FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines
  • Monitor operations for deviations, mechanical issues, and quality assurance
  • Conduct setup, changeover, and manufacturing activities with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and safety requirements
  • Escalate and work to resolve any production, quality, or safety issues
The Candidate
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical oral solid dose manufacturing; OR
  • Associate degree with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical oral solid dose manufacturing
  • Proficiency with manufacturing skills, processes, and equipment knowledge to serve as a trainer and provide specific technical training with minimal guidance
  • Required to obtain internal forklift operation certification
  • This position requires wearing a respirator for safety; employment is contingent upon completing a medical evaluation with satisfactory results conducted by an external vendor assigned by Catalent
