Job summary

Catalent is hiring an Associate Scientist for our Greenville, North Carolina campus. This onsite role supports design, coordination, and execution of development and clinical trial material activities, including formulation and data interpretation.

You will prepare batch records, engage in problem-solving, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and sometimes clients to meet timelines. The role emphasizes documentation, communication, and alignment with departmental and corporate

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Life Sciences with at least two years of pharmaceutical experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical-relevant field (such as Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences)

  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal support groups, resources, vendors, staff, and occasionally clients
  • Support departmental and corporate objectives

Catalent’s Greenville, North Carolina site is a major oral solid dose development and manufacturing campus, delivering end‑to‑end, turnkey solutions from formulation development through commercial manufacturing and packaging. The site specializes in oral solid dosage forms, supported by integrated formulation expertise, comprehensive analytical services, and scalable manufacturing capabilities designed to support both commercial products and potent or targeted therapies, including orphan drugs. Position Summary

We have an opportunity for an Associate Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will manage multiple responsibilities to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed on time. You will assist in the design, coordination, and execution of development and clinical trial material activities, including formulation and data interpretation. You will also support documentation, problem-solving, and maintain communication with internal teams, vendors, and occasionally clients. This position plays a key role in supporting departmental and corporate objectives.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 9pm

Location: Greenville, NC

100% Onsite

Minimum Requirements
