Job summary

Catalent is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Chelsea facility for on-site GMP manufacturing operations. As part of a dynamic team, you will operate equipment and ensure compliance with operational standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates who have GMP experience. The position offers an hourly wage of $24.00 - $26.00 depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and a defined career path.

Position Summary

Work Schedule: 2/2/3 shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am. 100% on-site.

Location: The Chelsea facility, Catalent’s Global Center of Excellence for spray dry dispersion and Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) capsule manufacture and packaging.

Role

• Operate equipment per SOP under direct supervision; execute GMP manufacturing operations across assigned unit operations (spray drying, blending, encapsulation, packaging)
• Perform cleaning and sanitization (CIP, COP, manual)
• Accurately complete batch documentation in real time
• Handle materials, staging, and transfers
• Perform basic inspections of equipment and processing areas; identify and report deviations, safety concerns, or equipment issues
• Maintain compliance with GMP and EHS requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience not required; 1 year of GMP experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail required
• Basic GMP understanding preferred
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions

Pay

Hourly rate in Massachusetts: $24.00 - $26.00, depending on experience, education, and business needs.
